Tijs is able to direct, organize and manage offshore and onshore activities efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining the highest standards in safety, health and environment, especially in relation to well services activities. He is a self-motivated person with proven leadership skills, capable to operate effectively with minimum support. Able to oversee complex well activities, analyse (potential) problems and organize solutions. Technically apt and with proven interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage individuals/groups of different nationalities. Tijs takes cognizance of budgetary implications of activities and ensures strict control of expenditure.
